RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At Lushesluxury , all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
 
However, we offer store credit under specific conditions:
•You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
(Delivery means when the shipping carrier confirms the package has been delivered)
•The unit must be returned exactly as received:
•Lace must not be cut
•Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
 
If these conditions are met, you will receive store credit to use on any future purchase.
 
⚠️ If the lace is cut or the unit is altered:
•The item will not qualify for store credit
•You will be responsible for return shipping and re-delivery costs
 
This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and ensure all products remain safe and high quality for every customer.
